POLICY
Mitten Vintage Vendor Policy
Important Update:
Mitten Vintage now requires a completed application before you can purchase a vendor pass. If you show up without approval or payment, you will be removed immediately and banned permanently from all future events — no exceptions.
By obtaining a vendor pass, you agree to the following terms:
1. Application & Payment Required
All vendors must complete an official application and be approved before purchasing a pass. No walk-ins or day-of signups are allowed. Only approved vendors with paid passes are permitted to set up.
2. Refunds & Transfers
Vendor passes are non-refundable, but we do allow transfers. If you cannot attend an event, you may request to move your pass to a future Mitten Vintage Market (subject to approval and availability). No-shows without prior notice forfeit the pass.
3. No Resale of Passes
Passes may not be sold, traded, or given away without prior written approval from Mitten Vintage. Unauthorized resale or transfer will result in a permanent ban.
4. Event Behavior & Removal Policy
Mitten Vintage reserves the right to remove or ban any vendor for rule violations, disruptive behavior, unsafe practices, or any conduct deemed inappropriate — with or without notice and without refund.
5. Load-In & Setup
Vendors must follow the assigned load-in schedule and stay within their designated booth space. Failure to follow setup instructions may result in denied entry or future restrictions.
6. Weather Policy
Our events are held rain or shine. If conditions become unsafe, the event may be postponed. In that case, your pass will be honored for a future event. No refunds are given due to weather, but transfers are allowed.
7. Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own merchandise, tent, displays, and equipment. Mitten Vintage and the venue are not liable for any damage, theft, loss, or weather-related incidents.
8. No Guarantees
While we work hard to promote our events, Mitten Vintage makes no guarantees about foot traffic, sales, or outcomes. Participation is an opportunity — not a promise of success.
9. Local Laws & Permits
All vendors are responsible for following local laws, collecting sales tax, and having necessary permits (especially for food or health-related items).
10. Insurance (Recommended)
We strongly recommend vendors carry their own liability insurance. You participate at your own risk.
11. Liability Waiver
By attending, you agree to hold harmless Mitten Vintage, its staff, and venue partners from any claims or damages that may result from your participation — including personal injury, lost property, or business loss.
